Woman Loses 37 Pounds of Fat by Ditching Cardio and Embracing Powerlifting
So, don’t undermine the importance of weight training in losing fat and building muscle. Performing endless cardio won’t fit the bill. Strength training is the foundation and continues to be.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a better video to show this. However, the person in the video rightly says about the benefits of weight training and why cardio is the secondary form of exercise.
Listen to him. He is straight to the point. However, I have posted the picture of the woman who lost 37 pounds by ditching cardio and embracing powerlifting. Also, the woman doesn’t look like a hulk after lifting weights, but, on a positive note, she looks in very good shape.
