The Bulgarian bag

We have introduced the Bulgarian bag in the gym. It is a rubber tube filled with sand and tied very tightly. The bag can be used while performing high intensity interval training (HIIT). Several repetitions of cleans, squats, and rotations, as shown in the video, can be performed with the bag. Many other variations can also be integrated into your Bulgarian bag routine. You will have to use your imagination.

PS: I was inspired to make these bags after watching the video of Ross Enamait.
