Losing weight shouldn’t be the main goal
The man in the picture is Chetan. He lost 20 kilograms. He was 99 kilograms and came down to 79 kilograms in a span of 8 months.
However, he interestingly says,””Losing weight shouldn’t be the main goal, its about making the right choices for self health. Trying new things which can keep you energized for the whole day. My main motivation to lose weight came from simple curiosity and experimenting to see how my body would react to those changes. Coming to the gym everyday and seeing others work out gave a boost to motivate me more on that journey. Trying out new things shouldn’t be a problem, but care not to take them to extremes.”
Rightly so. But appearance and results matter. You will believe what you see.
