Movement is Dangerous! What?

Well, well, well! Nothing can be farther from the truth. For the same reason I have repeated umpteen times that a grain of sand will suffice from these scientific findings. Not even a grain from this finding, however. It is astonishing to know that the so called scientific experts can be as ridiculous as this. You watch the video and let me know your opinion.

However, it can be stated that few of the movement patterns adopted by Crossfit is needless, but tell me who on earth is perfect? Nobody! Someone at some context can ridicule what you suggest. Moreover, what comes to question is the right reasoning which is paramount.
