Another Friday has come, and we continue to exploit the day with whatever training modalities are available at our disposal. We tried a different protocol on the sprints. My gym clients sprinted 50 meters and performed 5 burpees followed by sprinting for another 50 meters and finished with 10 pushups.
We carried the kettle bells to the ground, and we practiced hoisting the bells overhead, for it tremendously strengthens the shoulder girdle. In conjunction we drilled on the yoke walk, sledge hammering, farmers walk, tyre battling, and last but not the least the much relished tug of war.
