Well, nobody can deny that dancing is one of the most primal physical attributes. From time immemorial man has believed in dance to provide stimulation to both mind and body. He has danced to the drums from primeval living and continues to enjoy dancing till date. Dancing is proven beyond doubt to be one of the best physical activities. Dance is also therapeutic—beating stress and a movement that supports intellectual and emotional functions of the body. Regular dancing to many is one of the most enjoyable ways to get some exercise. Also, regular dancing can also help in weight loss, maintaining strong bones, balance and coordination.
