This piece of equipment is called core axis. When I visited Red Cage (a friend’s new gym) I wanted to own this piece of equipment. Sujay Janardhan, who operates Red Cage has a gym setup which is one of the best in the city. He possess several training modalities, which are unique. For example, glute-ham raises, landmine, Texas bars, reverse hyper extension, sandbags, etc. However, the core axis captivated me for a good reason. It turned out to be an excellent core exercise, which I hadn’t performed. I knew that my gym clients would love executing it.
Fortunately, my fabricator who had accompanied me on that day immediately got into action. In a few days, core axis was all set to grind us.
