A burpee competition was contested at my gym. The challenge: How many repetitions can you perform in a minute? Many of my gym clients, some of them who are 40 years old, were able to execute more than 20 repetitions in a minute, which truly amazed me, for the burpee is a very challenging exercise. Just try executing 10 or 15 repetitions, and you will see that this exercise will surely take you off-guard: The burpee will genuinely test you.
