An 80 Year Old man Inspires Us

This is an 80 year old US Marine knocking out 500 repetitions in 30 minutes approximately. I know that you will complain about the technique and say that he performs half repetitions. Well, continue to argue if you want. However, I am inspired by his capability. I wish I could perform this feat at a ripe age. Continuous and sustained effort is what matters; if longevity is what you care about. Moreover, performing simple movements is what really matters. Don’t rule out the basics. Because……….
