A Welcome Friday Drill.

I tried implementing a new drill using the cones for today’s workout.  The feedback from my gym clients who participated in the drill was welcoming.  I integrated frog hops right after the zigzag cone drill.  The idea to add frog hops was merely to harness different energy systems of the body.  The frog hops especially improves the hip flexibility and when in conjunction with sprinting primes up the body to be functional at its best.  The drills are usually winded up with uphill sandbag carrying, which can be viewed in the video.
