  Watch this young kid deadlifting.  I guess he maybe around 4 or 5 years of age.  What surprised me more was that his form was impeccable.  His back is absolutely arched when he is lifting the weight off the ground and also when he is lowering it.

  More importanty, a question asked by many is "Can children lift weights?"  I believe you all know the answer  now.

The video is really amazing... guess v need to learn how to do dead-lift frm this kid :)

Raghu, I believe what we have forgot is that small kids should not be attempting to lift heavy weights, and, moreover, lifting for one rep max is uncalled for. On the other hand, young kids should engage in learning proper form rather than hoisting maximum weights.
